Can I return my purchase?
The only case in which we accept returns is the rare case of damaged shipments. Please note that we do not refund in cash, but WE WILL replace your poster with a brand new one.

Great. My shipment was damaged, how do I return it?
The return request must be reported to us via e-mail within 5 business days after the shipment has ARRIVED to you. A picture attachment showcasing the problem is greatly appreciated. This applies to all orders. Once a return have been reported to us, you have 10 business days to ship the item back to us.

When shiping the item back to us, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping the item back. We prefer you use the same method that it was originally shipped with for the return. This is ensure proper courier or postal service and so it returns to us on time. Once we have received the returned damaged item we will send a replacement of the same item out within 5 business days.

If this scenario happens to you, please understand we do our best to package and ship our products as safely and stable as possible. When an item gets damaged, this is not because of our handling or packaging. We would never ship a damaged item or poorly packaged item. Damaged shipments happen because of the courier’s or postal service's employee or machinery mishandling the package. Once the shipment has left our facilities we lay all trust and assurance in the shipping company who is shipping the item to your address.
