Where do You Ship?
Currently we are shipping within the european Union. In the future global shipping will be enabled.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is 5 euros per item within Greece, and 8 euros within Europe, which includes handling, packaging and shipping fees.
What types of payment do you accept?
At this time we only accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card. All payments are made though Paypal’s service which ensures maximum security. Please note that we do not keep any records of your credit card details.
Why is my CREDIT CARD being DECLINED?
Most decline errors occur due to incorrect address details (zip code, street names, etc). Please review your credit card statement and double check how your address appears. Things such as abbreviations and punctuation can make a huge difference! You MUST enter your details EXACTLY as it is on your statement. Another common issue is that customers don’t type the correct card code number. Please follow the instructions for this on the checkout page to ensure you enter the correct card code. If you are sure you have followed the above instructions correctly, we advice you to contact your bank to find out why THEY are rejecting the charge. Remember, we are not declining your charge (we actually want your business), your bank is. Unfortunately we do not have any other answers for you on this subject since the bank is in full control of this.
Also, in case you submitted your charge multiple times and see charges on your account, you have not been charged by us if our system has said the order attempt was declined. This is just activity from the attempts, and they should go away in 3-5 business days.
I am trying to track my orders delivery process; can you send me the tracking number for the item?
All shipments are handled by ELTA ( Greek Postal Service ) which does not currently support a tracking system. That is why we sent all packages a registered mail in order to ensure that the shipment will arrive at the clients delivery address.
Are all your items in stock when I place my order?
All items are produced upon order. The production time is only 1-2 working days max. When a poster is produced it ships the very same day it reaches our hands. This ensures that the posters do not stay in stock which would result in possible damage.
How safe is it to order from Lightform Store?
Lightform Store uses Paypal’s payment processing. Paypal uses use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption technology for the exchange of personal and payment information. You can verify by checking out the little padlock icon in the corner of your browser. This means you can safely enter your entire credit card number when prompted by Paypal’s Payment system, and it cannot be read in transit.
Believe it or not, ordering a product on-line is far safer than ordering one in the real world. When you give your credit card to the clerk at a local store, there is nothing to stop him from writing down your cards number and details, which allows him to charge things without your knowledge. However, when you type in your credit card number to order here, we never even see it. The entire ordering process is completely automatic from start to finish, and only a series of computers handle your credit card information.
Hackers are not a threat either. Your credit card number and other personal data will be encrypted for the highest level of security possible, making your information inaccessible to others.
What paper you use and how durable the results are?
Right now we print on Epson high quality matte paper with Epson genuine inks in Epson mat paper.
